Is this course what I need to get a Florida dealer license?
Yes, this course is approved by the state of Florida as a pre-license course.
Can I take a course in person?
No. Due to changes in world the last few years, in person classes for pre-licensing have become increasingly less popular and have subsequently been discontinued. However, there are events and meeting held by the FIADA where educational opportunities exist.
How long does the course take?
The pre-license course has 16hrs worth of video content. After each section you will be required to pass a quiz to move on. Therefore the course is set to be at your own pace. Feel free to watch and re-watch to get all the jusicy details.
How do I get my certificate?
Upon completion of all sections you will have a certificate of completion section. The certificate can be printed and saved immediately. Please keep in mind that once you complete the pre-license course the certificate will expire in 6 months.
